Strategy & Tactics covers the entire timeline of military history from ancient battles to modern conflicts. World at War looks at all aspects of World War II. Modern War focuses on current and recent conflicts as well as Cold War era battles and campaigns, and potential future conflicts. Each issue includes a premium Game Edition with a complete game on the same topic as the cover feature. These games provide readers the opportunity to go beyond just reading about history to to play the history to better understand how history unfolded and whether they can match or do better than the historical outcomes. The games come with a map of the battlefield terrain, counters to represent the forces involved, and rules to play the game.
